This document is sample text written for a local design study. It is not legal advice and it governs nothing.
1. Plans and billing cycles
Plans are billed monthly or in advance for one, two or three years. Multi-year terms are discounted against the monthly rate and are charged in full at the start of the term.
Prices are shown exclusive of tax where local rules require it to be added at checkout.
2. Credits
Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance for AI generation. Credits reset on your billing date and do not carry over.
Running out of credits pauses new generation. Published sites, hosting, forms and databases continue to run normally.
Top-up credit packs can be bought at any time and are consumed after the monthly allowance.
3. Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated against the remainder of your term.
Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. If the lower plan includes fewer site slots, you choose which sites remain published before the change applies.
4. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term at the then-current price for your plan. We give at least 30 days’ notice of a price change affecting your renewal.
Annual and multi-year renewals are notified by email 14 days before the charge.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel at any time from billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
New subscriptions may be refunded in full within 14 days if fewer than 200 credits have been used. Renewals are refundable within 7 days on the same basis.
After cancellation, projects remain editable as drafts and can be exported at any time.
6. Reseller mode
Agencies billing their own clients through reseller mode remain the contracting party with iPageForge and are responsible for fees regardless of whether their client pays them.
Client pricing, invoicing and refunds under reseller mode are set and handled by the agency.
7. Failed payments
We retry a failed payment over ten days and notify you each time. After that the plan moves to the free tier: published sites go offline, and project data is retained for 30 days.
