Terms of service

Last updated 1 September 2026

The agreement between you and iPageForge covering accounts, content, acceptable use and liability.

This document is sample text written for a local design study. It is not legal advice and it governs nothing.

1. Agreement

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction to hold an account.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been accessed by someone else.

One person may not share a single editor seat with others. Additional seats are available on every paid plan.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything generated for you. We claim no rights over your projects beyond what is needed to host and serve them.

You are responsible for having the rights to the material you bring into the service, including images, text and any design you import from elsewhere. Importing a site you do not own or have permission to use is a breach of these terms.

You may export your project source at any time, on any plan.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to publish unlawful material, to impersonate a person or organisation, to distribute malware, or to host content that infringes someone else’s rights.

Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, resell capacity outside of reseller mode, or probe the infrastructure for vulnerabilities without a written agreement.

We may suspend a project that presents a legal or security risk, and will tell you why when we are permitted to.

5. Generated output

AI output is generated on request and is not reviewed by us before you see it. You are responsible for checking it for accuracy, legality and suitability before publishing.

Similar prompts may produce similar output for different customers. We make no claim that generated output is unique.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where it will be noticeable.

Published sites are served independently of the editor, so editor maintenance does not take customer sites offline.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate for material breach of these terms, with notice where circumstances allow.

On termination you have 30 days to export your projects before deletion.
